SOAR is committed to helping and supporting asylum-seekers and people with refugee status to feel welcome in the UK.
Many newcomers struggle to access quality, everyday clothing and other items. People seeking asylum have their right to work restricted, and are threatened with deportation if they try to support themselves. Many struggle to survive on under forty pounds/week. These financial difficulties can sometimes follow displaced people even long after their refugee status is recognised.

That is why we provide access to affordable clothing and basic household items to refugees and asylum seekers via our pop-up SOAR Shop!

How you can contribute?
SOAR Shops are filled with high-quality, gently used pre-owned and new clothing and other items for adults and children.
Refugees and asylum-seekers are welcome to enjoy up to a 50% discount on clothing items in our pop-up shops. Customers who pay full price are helping to support this offering by visiting and shopping at SOAR!
